The new 2-track Drum & Bass release from my production alias ELX is officially out now and available across all streaming platforms.
This release brings together two distinct but complementary tracks, “Check My Face” and “Cheek Kisser.” Both lean into high-energy Drum & Bass while exploring different textures and moods, balancing grit, groove, and late-night energy designed for both the dancefloor and headphones.
“Check My Face” hits with a more direct, punchy, but weird and exploratory approach, with driven drums, sharp bass movement, and a raw, forward momentum. On the flip side, “Cheek Kisser” takes a slightly more playful direction, with a rolling groove and a bit more attitude in the low end, giving it a different kind of bounce..
A big thank you goes out to Bear Demz for mastering this release and bringing the final polish and weight to both tracks.
This project also marks another release with Rapid Fire Recordz, continuing to build on that connection and pushing forward the ELX sound.
